BOOKING POLICY
Please review the clinic policies carefully before booking your appointment.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking online. If you cancel your appointment MORE than 72 hours in advance, the deposit can be transferred to another appointment or held on your account for future use. However, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursā notice or a no show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
LATENESS
As our salon operates by appointment only, we allow a maximum of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeit.
PATCH TESTS
A patch test is mandatory for all new clients and for those who have not visited us in over 3 months. It is your responsibility to ensure that a patch test is conducted 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
